Donations Equipment In supporting and training individuals to make their own stories, we like to loan out media kits when and where available. We therefore accept donations of good quality digital cameras that shoot on mini-DV format, and laptops with fire-wire input for video and which will allow us to install final cut editing software. In the future it our hope that we can broaden our collection of second-hand kit, which will then be either reused, used for spares in repair, redistributed to places where they'll be productively used, or consciously recycled / disposed of. It is also our desire to develop relationships and partnerships with equipment and software manufacturers to where they will donate new or display equipment to be used for the s4c library. Time & skills In being able to collect as many stories as possible and build the library to become as comprehensive as possible we welcome media and funding professionals who are willing to donate their time and skills. For story making we are always open to enquiries from camera-operators, video-journalists and editors. For funding we are similarly always open to enquiries from fundraisers, who are both willing to donate their time and skills as well as work on commission.
